MORFE 5000 Executive Series: Features
The 5000 Series is a high-performance vinyl window with a comprehensive set of features designed for long-term reliability and low maintenance.
Core Construction and Security
The windows are Fully Extruded Recessed J-Channel with an Extruded Exterior Main-Frame. It utilizes a Multi-Chambered Sash and Main-Frame design. Security is enhanced by a Fully Extruded Interlock at Sash Locking Rail. The window incorporates a Reinforced Innergy® Rigid Thermal Interlock System. It features a Multi-Point Double Barrier-Fin Weather Stripping System along the sashes and main-frame. The system also has a Foamed Filled Frame.
Energy Efficiency and Glass
The windows use 3/4″ Insulated Double Pane Glass with Low “E” Tint Argon Gas Filled. The system includes Super Spacer Dualite® Products, which utilize the most advanced warm-edge spacer material. Energy performance is rated with an NFRC Test Rating for the Model 5000 DH of U-FACTOR: .28 and SHGC: .21. The product is designated as an Energy Star Partner.
Operation and Maintenance
The Sash Design is a Sloped Sill Design. It features a Fully Extruded Lift Rail. The E-Z Tilt Sash Design includes a Routed Flush Mount and Dual Tilt Latches for easy cleaning. The window includes Twin Vent Stops and Double Cam-Action Locks. It is available in White and Tan colors.
