Specifications and Features:

Construction: The screen is made with an extruded aluminum frame and a durable stainless steel wire. The material is guaranteed not to rip, tear, or warp.
Weave: Features a .028 Stainless Steel Wire with a 12 x 12 weave.
Protection: The screen protects windows from hail damage, rocks, intruders, insects, golf balls, and much more.
Security & Safety: It is designed to secure windows, both inside and outside. It is secured inside with two stainless steel latches. The screen allows for easy exit in case of fire.
Installation: It is easy to install and fits right into most standard vinyl window screen tracks.

Tough Tek Security Screen Doors provide strength and security while reducing maintenance costs and increasing the safety of your property.

Models and Features:

Models: Available models include 400 (400H), 404 (404H), 405 (405H), and 407 (407H). Model 500, 504, and 505 are also available.
Construction: All steel construction means these doors are built to last. The master frame is made of roll formed, tubular, lock-seam construction from 22 gauge hot-dipped, zinc impregnated, galvanized steel.
Screen Mesh: Stainless steel mesh screens will not rip, tear, or warp. Mesh is available in .023 or .028 stainless steel wire.
Kick Panel Designs: Doors are offered with diamond, evolution, or double diamond kick panel designs. The kick panel itself is 18 gauge galvanized steel sheet.
Security: Features an optional dead-bolt locking system. The door is secured with at least four hinges.
Colors: Choose from 12 standard long-lasting powder coat paint colors.
Storm Door Option: These models are also available as Storm Doors with tempered glass.

Built to Last Specifications:

Hinges: Doors are manufactured with no less than four (4) hinges. Leaf hinges are 430 stainless steel alloy, .072 wall thickness, and integrate into the Z-Bar frame.
Weather Sealing: The door bottoms have an aluminum extrusion that accepts a durable vinyl plastic door sweep, adjustable to a minimum of one (1) inch. A magnetic weather seal shall be available.
Finish: All exposed surfaces have a chemical pre-treatment process applied, followed by a finish of polyester powder coat paint, cured to a hard, durable finish with a minimum of 1.5 mil thickness.
